Crispy Rice Paper Crab Rolls

These crispy rice paper crab rolls are colorful and will for sure satisfy your crunchy cravings. They’re perfect for school lunches or as an appetizer for your next gathering. With only 4-ingredients, this is an easy crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients:

  • Imitation crab sticks

  • Square rice paper sheets

  • Diced green onions

  • Sesame oil

  • (Optional): mayonnaise and fish roe for dip!


Instructions:

  1. Wet rice papers thoroughly for 3 - 5 seconds and lay them down on a flat surface, connecting at one side

  2. Lightly brush sesame oil all over rice papers

  3. Sprinkle green onions throughout rice papers

  4. Line a stick of imitation crab at one end of one of the rice papers and roll up tightly until you reach the top of the other rice paper

  5. Cut the stick into 6 pieces

  6. Spray the baking surface of air fryer with a neutral oil and place crab rolls onto it by spreading out each piece so to not touch one other

  7. Air fry @350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes or until outer layers start to puff a bit

  8. Let cool and enjoy by itself or with optional dip by mixing mayonnaise and fish roe together
