Crispy Chicken Seaweed Bites

Forget snacking on crackers all day… switch them out for these savory and crispy chicken poppers! Not only are they satisfying, they pack in so much protein for you throughout the day.


Ingredients:

  • 4 oz of chicken thighs or ground chicken

  • 1 small zuchini

  • 4 - 5 baby carrots

  • 3 tbsp Korean BBQ sauce

  • Large, square sheets of seaweed

  • Oil spray

Equipments:

  • Air-fryer

  • Ziploc bag (sandwiched-size should work!)


Instructions:

  1. Ground up chicken thighs and your veggies (separately!!) in your food processor

  2. Gather grounded chicken and minced veggies in a large bowl

  3. Slowly incorporate in the Korean BBQ sauce

  4. Place the mixture into a Ziploc bag and cut one of the bottom corners

  5. Squeeze a straight line of chicken mixture onto the seaweed from one end

  6. Roll seaweed towards the other end and dab some water onto the end to seal the roll

  7. Cut the roll into bite-size tubes (about the length of your pinky)

  8. Spray air-fryer with oil

  9. Air-fry chicken rolls at 380 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes or until crispy and with slight surface burns

  10. Enjoy after cooled!
