Purple Rice Breakfast Waffles
The easiest and quickest way to turn your leftover rice into something delicious and full of textures and nutrients - breakfast waffles!
Ingredients:
- Leftover, refrigerated rice (amount dependent on the size of your waffle-maker) 
- Neutral oil spray 
- Green onions 
- Eggs 
- Spinach 
- Cheese 
- Sesame oil 
- Furikake 
- Kewpie mayo

Instructions:
- Heat up waffle-maker and spray with neutral oil 
- Chop up green onions 
- Layer refrigerated rice, egg, spinach, cheese, chopped green onions, and another thin layer of rice 
- Press waffle maker together until the light turns green 
- Top off with more green onions, Kewpie mayo, and furikake
