Crispy Fried Dumpling Skirt
Crispy on the bottom and juicy on the inside - fried dumpling skirts are easier than you think to create!
Ingredients:
- Dumplings of your choice (my favorite is Bibigo’s beef bulgogi mandu that can be purchased from Costco!) 
- 1/3 cup of water 
- 1 tsp of flour 
- 1 and 1/3 tsp of corn starch 
- a pinch of salt

Instructions:
- Pan fry your dumpling of choice according to package instructions 
- Mix together water, flour, corn starch, and a pinch of salt 
- Pour mixture evenly surrounding the dumplings (do it slowly - this part isn’t easy!) 
- Turn your heat down and cover the pan; cook for 10-ish minutes or until water has evaporated and the skirt starts to brown 
- Place a plate upside down onto the pan and flip the pan over for dumplings to fall onto the plate right side up 
- Enjoy with dumpling sauce or chili crisp oil
