Steamed Egg Tofu
The quickest way to whip up a bunch of protein together for your week night dinner, while keeping things lusciously smooth and delicious!
Ingredients:
- 1 block of silken tofu 
- 7 - 8 eggs depending on the size of your container 
- 3 - 4 shrimps, chopped into small sections 
- 2 - 3 imitation crab sticks, cut up into bite-sizes 
- 1 stalk of chopped green onions 
- 1 tbsp sesame oil 
- 2 - 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce 
Tools:
- Sieve 
- Steamer rack 
Instructions:
- Cut up silken tofu into bite-sized blocks 
- Tetris tofu blocks into steamer container 
- Beat eggs together then pour all over the tofu blocks with a sieve (eggs should almost cover all the tofu blocks) 
- Add shrimp and crab stick pieces across the egg tofu mixture 
- Steam mixture for 20 - 25 minutes or until eggs solidify throughout (check with a chopstick) 
- Drizzle sesame oil and sweet soy sauce all over and enjoy!
